Review of Lords of Dogtown (2005) by Don S — 18 Jun 2011
Saw this with my skateboarder son (12). He gives it 5 stars. I found it to be somewhat dull; there just really wasn't much story here. The acting is passable. The characters are not fleshed out, which I find to be surprising since the film was partially written by one of the kids portrayed in the film.
There is little drama here either. It is not a bad movie, but it is far from a great movie.
