Genesi e sviluppo della sottocultura dello skateboard, ad opera di un gruppo di ragazzini biondissimi di Venice, gli Z-Boys. La storia è drammatizzata ma è fondamentalmente vera, il soggetto è stato scritto da Peralta, uno dei Z-Boys.
Un Heath Ledger spettacolare e pure Johnny Knoxville a fare il simil-PIMP. Da vedere.
