Review of Lord of War (2005) by Nate B — 11 Oct 2009
This movie tries hard to blend action and melodrama into a good movie, it does not succeed. This movie is unintentionally funny when it's not supposed to be, not funny when it tries to be. Among other things it?s got some pretty stiff acting by most of the supporting cast.
As for Nicholas Cage's acting, I could recommend at least three movies better than this half -assed attempt as a drug lord with a heart.
