Review of Lord of War (2005) by Lee B — 24 Jul 2010

I remember loving this the first time I saw it, and to a degree I still do but i'm now seeing it in a different light. Lord Of War is an intelligent and factual film about the arms trade and there are some strong performances from Nicolas Cage and Ethan Hawke, but I now see the film to be too long for what the plot actually features.

It's a good film which provides many interesting facts about guns from start to finish, but the duration is a bit tedious.
