Nicolas Cage proves the world that he can act in this film. He's the charismatic arms dealer that will have you feeling both sympathy and intense revile at him, in part a reflection of the movies statement; of evil depending on good.
The movie was ambitious, dark, and at times very thrilling. It's definitely a must see.
