Review of Lord of the Flies (1990) by Venus W — 01 Feb 2008

Granted, this movie kept me interested and I love the story for the most part. It lacked in background info on how they ended up in the situation they were in. I think the ending could have elaborated more too.

Another terrible part about this movie and what I really dislike is the camera movements. The entire movie is stationary camera except every maybe 10 scenes there's a pan that doesn't even last very long. That made the film very uninteresting. I recommend the book over this movie.
