I prefer the 2nd edition over this one but the production value on this 3rd Edition / Final Cut, is TOP NOTCH. It goes into a lot more of the Government's involvement and makes the technical details a side issue that to me is much more worth following in 2nd Edition.
A MUST SEE for those new to the movement! Watch THIS ONE FIRST, then 2nd Edition!
