I liked it in the sense that it makes you think about things, no matter what the truth is. And it's quite obvious that even though there are flaws in their conclusions, the makers ask some excellent questions, which are not being properly answered by the U.
S government; its tactic is to avoid the questions and insult the makers of this movie, which, again, makes me think.
