Review of Looney Tunes: Back in Action (2003) by Brad G — 28 Nov 2008
This is one of those seldom seen great movies. I'm serious. This film is perhaps the best spoof of James Bond movies ever made. Brendon Fraser plays the son of actor/super spy Tiimothy Dalton who is being held hostage by The Chairman of Acme (Steve Martin).
Daffy Duck is looking to make a name for himself and tags along on the adventure. Other Looney Tunes folks play Bond Villain Henchmen and there is lots of world hopping going on. And Joe Dante loads the film with all kinds of great pop culture references.
It's almost a Where's Waldo kinda movie. VF.
