Review of Looney Tunes: Back in Action (2003) by Taylor K — 17 Dec 2012
Lacks not only the charm that used to be looney tunes's most endearing attribute, but any remotely decent acting, across the board. Steve Martin's acting, for example, is so utterly horrendous it almost made me quit watching after twenty minutes.
The only redeeming quality of this flick is its constant attempt at slapstick, cartoon humor, and cheap laughs. This all still would entertain children quite thoroughly, parents though, be warned: the ride is a boring and sometimes implausibly bad one.
I found that I was most impressed by the cameo appearance of Robby the Robot, from Forbidden Planet.
