Review of Looking for Eric (2009) by Phillip C — 10 Jul 2009
Just back from seeing Looking for Eric and thought it was excellent. There's a great flow between Eric Bishop (Steve Evets) and Eric Cantona as his imaginary mentor. All of the main characters in the film and their relationships with Eric are really well developed, especially the one with his ex wife.
The film has its dark side but also some really funny parts particularly in the exchanges between Eric and Eric C and also between Eric's supportive workmates. Definitely worth seeing if you get a chance.
