Review of Looking for Alibrandi (2000) by Garry J — 10 Apr 2007

I found the movie to be so-so. The acting was a little amateurish and some of the occurences in the plot seemed artificial in that it was unrealistic and seemed tacked on to evoke some high emotions in the audience.

There were some parts that had high dramam and tension but mostly it just seemed like an average, teenage-angst kind of movie. The ending is particularly corny.
