The final installment of the trilogy, Mikey and new addition julie can speak for themselves so the next thing on the agenda is a pet..... Unfortunately for the Ubriacco family they end up with two dogs.

Rocks (devito) is a mongrel picked from a local kennel and Daphne (keaton) a pedigree given to the family as a gift, the unlikely make for some funny moments in the movie. James (travolta) job is going well and he had to work double hard for his new employer, samantha (anthony).

However job employment was not her only agenda. Some untimely shifts on xmas eve almost cause James's family to fall apart, up until the instincts of the dogs.
