As a comedy it's average. And the whole baby thoughts thing is an idea that gets stretched to it's limit, but "Look Who's Talking" is an enjoyable movie despite itself. It has some memorable moments, and Heckerling has some neat fantasy direction in there.
Sure the concept sounds irritating and it isn't by any stretch of the imagination a laugh riot, but as a simple romantic comedy with a baby...it kinda works.
