Review of Look Who's Talking (1989) by Russell F — 08 Nov 2011
Look Who's Talking is a charming movie that doesn't disappoint. It's cute, romantic, funny, and has a one of the greatest opening scenes ever created. Although the movie will never win awards for style or direction, Look Who's Talking is one of the most innovative and delightful movies made in the eighties.
The movie gives a fresh perspective, on an otherwise trite situation by demonstrating it from a baby's point of view. With great performances from John Travolta, Kirstie Alley and of course, Bruce Willis as the voice of Mikey, Look Who's Talking is an ultimate classic movie that is an entertaining mixture of laughter, charm, and sex appeal.
