Review of Lonely Hearts (2006) by Chrissy C — 16 Jan 2008
Despite that I saw it for Gandolfini and Leto, it was Selma Hayek's character that drew me in here. Her performance as a pathologically jealous con artist/psychopath was haunting, believable, and very very powerful.
The plot was a little boring, and I thought it would better detail the detective's tragic story, but every time Hayek's character made an interaction I was transfixed.
