Review of Lonely Hearts (2006) by Eamonn C — 16 Nov 2007
This movie was definetly enjoyable if you look period pieces and crime thrillers. The movie seemed to be a mix of a lot of different genres. The cinematagraphy was beautiful and very real.
But the movie left out a lot of details of the murders and the events that took place. I was scared of Salma Hayek's character the whole movie. She really did a good job as a scary controlling girlfriend. The biggest flaw of the movie was not having Salma put on weight for the role, as Martha Beck was a pretty big woman.
