Fantastically imaginative telling of the effects of a serial killer on the street where he lived. All the dialogue is taken from real interviews which have been cut up and turned into songs for this most unlikely but close to brilliant of musicals.

Late in the film the scene with the 3 prostitutes talking about getting off heroin is particularly moving.
