Review of London, Paris, New York (2012) by Eric G — 02 Mar 2012
They say freshness cannot be measured..but can only be felt !!! In this age of movies like Agneepath and Ra.One...its immensely critical to keep the balance intact!! Was looking forward this flick with an unknown anticipation and it did not disappoint.
Have always liked Ali Zafar from the days of 'Huqa Paani'..through Tere Bin Laden...this lad springs up another breezy act like its natural to him. Liked Aditi Rao in Delhi-6..but this is such a charming transformation that she might just topple my current fav Parineeti Chopra as the hottest n coolest in town!!!! Few words for Sameer Arya-Dir of Photography.
...the film visually enchanting. I always believe great visuals are an integral part of story telling. Songs are nice n easy which is how it should be for a movie this beautiful. No wonder Ali Zafar is at the helm.
And lastly, Anu Menon deserves kudos for trying something very different yet very familiar. Some might compare this with '500 Days of Summer'..one of my all time fav...but truth is this film stands on its own.
..and stands high.
