Review of London Has Fallen (2016) by Mark M — 14 May 2016
I watched London Has Fallen (2016) and its predecessor Olympus Has Fallen (2013). I enjoyed both films but man, they have an extremely high body count. With films like these as well as John Wick and Man of Steel, it's like Hollywood thinks the only way they can invest viewers in the carnage in a post-9/11 world is jack up the number of people killed into the tens of thousands.
Honesty, it demonstrates a lack of imagination and skill in telling a story. Give it a rest already, Hollywood. The European model is better for society in large IMO: less violence, more nudity. Mark's Grade: C.
