Review of London Has Fallen (2016) by Kyle C — 25 Jun 2016
Absolutely unbelievable, ridiculous and atrocious story, and yet, highly entertaining. London is attacked during a political figures funeral which also takes the lives of several other world leaders and it is up to Gerard Butler's character Mike Banning to A) Stop the terrorists and B) Protect the president (AGAIN).
..ya it's pretty much the same plot as it's predecessor and just as unbelievable, but what it is trying to accomplish, it does flawlessly. Gerard Butler is actually very good here with his one liners, but he is actually very believable as a secret service agent, he's just got that rough and tough demeanor, I definitely wouldn't mess with him.
There's plenty of action, car chases, shootings, deaths, blood, and everything else you would want in this kind of movie. If you like the 1st film, you will like this one as well. RECOMMENDED for Gerard Butler and for the action.
..as unreal as it is.
