This movie is basically all action and not that much of the plot - basically it banks on showing you how the terror is happening in London and how many landmarks they can destroy in the movie. Yes the action itself is cool, but basically movie doesn't bring anything else.
As this is intended to be action movie I did give it 5/10, as I wanted to see action and the action was good. But the plot itself is basically absolutely predictable and doesn't bring anything new really, even though the beginning was promising.
