Seriously depressing movie even with the gigglesque character of David Thewlis. And probably the steamiest on-screen kiss of the year with Farrell and Knightley engaging in a liplock. Well enough written story, however, to keep the audience from slitting their wrists in despair on behalf of the main characters.
In the mood for something light ? Then steer away from london boulevard and head for wall street instead.
