Review of Lola Versus (2012) by Galaxy Quest P — 10 Oct 2012

It really tries to highlight the dark moments and thoughts after events start snowballing on Lola, trying to show "when it rains, it pours". There was too much of an upbeat feeling to ever fully establish that, although the humour was very funny and well done.

They stuck with the formula of the funny best friend which seemed to work well but that is really one of the few positives working for the film. With out any indication for time frames, it felt rushed and thrown together rather than a well told progression.
