Review of LOL (2006) by Mark F — 15 Dec 2008

Unusual, even within the "mumblecore" subgenre. I can't say I loved it, but there's a lot to like within it: the offbeat use of music, the telling observational character bits, the not-in-your-face commentary on technology as it pertains to relationships.

Also: nudity! Plus, the adorably charming and wonderfully natural Tipper Newton. A tad slow, though, even by "mumblecore" standards.
