Review of Logan's Run (1976) by Jhon E — 21 Sep 2010
If you can get past: awful, awful special effects in the first ten minutes, awkward scoring from Jerry Goldsmith, the dragging on of the plot in the second and third acts, the over-seriousness of this movie and the 70's-ness of the whole movie, there's quite a decent picture trying to get out here.
Michael York performs the hell out of Logan 5 in this movie, and I enjoyed it in a very inquisitive manner. In an era where everything up to the pet rock has been reimagined, rebooted or remade, why in Logan's name hasn't this one got a look?!
