I think the critics have once again been far too kind. Perhaps they think by praising Soderbergh, he'll want to come out of retirement. To be honest, when I see a movie, I don't care who the director is, I just want to see a well-made movie.
This is mediocre at best - it feels like a rehash of Cohen brother movies. It tries really hard to be quirky and cool, but the first half of the flick falls flat. The second half picks up and is more interesting and fun, but then the ending tapers off a bit too long.
$ave your money and wait for it on Netflix! You're NOT missing anything here.
