Review of Logan Lucky (2017) by Mark A — 27 Feb 2018

To sum up this movie in two words I'd say 'good fun'. It cooks slowly, taking it's time, but it never feels like it drags; just good storytelling, overall. The comedy is mostly downplayed, and that gives it its funny charm.

All of the performances are really great, and the initial twist in the final act might have you thinking, 'what the hell is going on?', but it's adequately explained. It has a 12 rating, however, it's still more suitable for adults who can appreciate its subtlety.
