I don't know what people are loving about Logan. The movie was slow, barely covered any ground, had no big plot, and not really a good ending, IMO. The premise basically suggests that all the X-Men efforts from previous movies amounted to little, if anything. That pretty much makes the earlier X-Men films moot, and seem a bit pointless - Logan is a very nihilistic statement on the X-Men characters and past X-Men movies.

The writing of Logan was pretty bland, and the characters were very limited in their personalities. The visual spectrum was very limited, and so was the amount of action. There was also a lack of mutant stuff.
