This review is from a movie viewer who has not seen the last X-Men Movie:

I was surprised how much I loved this movie. It had action, emotion and a great plot. There were barely any references to the previous movies, so I had no obstacles with my viewing experience. The warning is that there is blood... a lot of blood. If you can get past the gruesome death scenes, you will absolutely love this meaning. My true rating of this film is a 8.75, so I rounded up and gave it a nine. This isn't a movie to take the kids, but the adults will absolutely love it. This movie makes me want to rewatch all of the Wolverine/ X-Men movies.
