Silly nonsense that 20 years ago would definately have starred Jean Claude Van Damme and a playboy model, and have an obscure futuristic date in the title ...like Lockout 2046. Its all good fun, with some likeabley unpleasant villains, and an always watchable Pearce in an unusual bid for action stardom.
..but its all so dated now, with a tin can sci-fi premise straight out of a 2000AD comic from 1975. - outer space prison, presidents daughter, ticking time bombs...like, hello? Wheres Snake Plissken? I pleasantly wasted an hour and a bit or so watching this nonsense.
..but fuck Hollywood for making something so miserably dated and unoriginal.
