Escape from new York in space. The acting and effects are far better than the older cult classic, and thought Pearce does a good job, with ******* Snow(name redacted to protect the innocent ;) ) he just isn't quite Snake plissken.
Even with that it is a good fun film, just dont expect to leave with any new ideas on life the universe and everything :).
