Review of Lockout (2012) by Alexander K — 10 Oct 2012

This movies actually pretty cool, set in future earth, Guy Pearce plays a walking talking archetype of the classic snarky tough guy to a tee. In the future there are maximum security prisons orbiting earth and after being framed up, Guy has to go up there and save the presidents daughter.

Despite some occasionally bad CG, and numerous cliches, the movie pulls through with some unique situations and a solid pace that keeps it entertaining. Sci fi/action fans will probably enjoy.
