Review of Lockout (2012) by Callum M — 26 May 2013
Imagine Die Hard in space and you'll get the jist of Lockout. Guy Pearce plays the cocky anti hero in all its stereotypical glory, while the supporting cast are there simply for the paycheck. The acting is what you'd expect from a cheap action/sci fi film but the best thing about this film is the CGI.
Dont get me wrong during the first twenty minutes the CGI of a bike chase isnt beyond crap, but when the film takes off into space it picks up from there.
