It's the classic tale, some kid steals a magic pencil from local voodoo man and uses it to summon a huge snake monster to kill his abusive dad. Years later when douchbag kids run over his wife it's time for another art attack.
Luckily DMX is on hand to help the obligatory innocent parties out of the situation.
