As the film implies. Lock the toilet door, with a bag of cement and a flask of tea for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Pretend to be welsh and talk to yourself while pretending your talking on the phone with a doughnut, as this is what this film is.
P.S. make sure the bag of cement is £3.99 or less and you can get a full refund. For more fun whack your neighbour over the head with the cement !!!
