Tom Hardy is outstanding in this unusual and experimental film which is essentially about an errant husband and a massive concrete pour! I can't think of another actor who could make this work but he gives a master class in how to give an understated but powerful performance, making the audience care about the eponymous 'hero'.
Loved it! I love everything Knight does; Eastern Promises is one of the best films I've ever seen so he and Tom Hardy together (with a bit of Ruth Wilson & Olivia Coleman thrown in for good measure) = dream team in my book!
