OMG...listen I like art house movies more than most but really...2hrs of a someone in a car talking through the windscreen..
This would have been an excellent radio play but giving it a cinematic release was a waste of celluloid or digitalthingamigigy.
Yes Hardy's acting is excellent but there is absolutely no visual interest in the film - just endless shots of a man driving a car, talking about concrete and complex relationships and the odd shot of the M1 (motorway).
How can anyone in their right mind give it 10/10? @Thegodfatherson how much did they pay you to describe a file about a man driving a car, talking about concrete and complex relationships a " gritty, hard hitting"?
And @matteo " inspirational, tense, and unique...
