Review of Locke (2014) by Conrad E — 15 Oct 2014
It's not often I find a movie boring. But Locke is quite possibly one of the most disappointing films I've ever seen! Being a massive Tom Hardy fan I had big expectations, however a film based on a man driving in his car answering his phone is dull! The topic of cement isn't exciting either! I felt myself constantly waiting for something to happen. It didn't!
Hardy's acting however can't be faulted but I struggle how this is rated so highly. In summary, a great film if you want to fall asleep. If you do fall asleep, don't worry, he's still driving, and he's still on the phone!
