With something as big and complex as the internet it is always difficult to make something that feels truly complete and fully informative, and while Herzog clearly seems to be aware of the fact that the internets characteristics are more apropiate to be explained in full in an episodic TV show, his views and his investigations make a whole lot of sense in what could almost be the perfect documentary about the internet.
