What you're not getting here is any kind of considered overview of a topic. Instead we have a series of bizarre character studies, linked by Herzog's interest in (and sometimes misunderstanding of) the internet and the future.
His voice gives the film most of its character. During the screening my friend turned to me and asked, "Is this a mockumentary?" A little slow at times but some pretty great characters.
