Review of Living Hell (2008) by Knut F — 16 Sep 2008
Made for TV's Sci-Fi channel, we see that the standards, and disturbing frights, have obviously been granted by the channel, as this one has it. A very smart, intelligent film, Iys no surprise to me that there are many hidden secrets that The Gov't does not want you to know about...The plot was original as hell, and the acting was alright...But it was the effects that I was really impressed with, as cheesy as it was at times, however, they still manage to use old methods, mixed with new, to animate the 'threat' (which in iyself is a very ingenious idea).
I know many fans hear its a 'Made for TV' and automatically assume its gonna suck...Just remember tho, that may of the best films, imo, such as The Night of The Scarecrows, and so on, were meant for TV, and made it into quite a hit.
Gorewhore Out.
