Review of Live Freaky! Die Freaky! (2006) by Tyler F — 02 Dec 2007
I was fortunate enough to experience this movie under the influence of THC, which if you ask me is the only real way to experience a movie like this. This movie is shockingly graphic, even with puppets.
The sex scenes (and there are many) put Team America to shame, honestly. This movie is so far beyond normal that it's almost impossible to explain. It is a trip. A very dark, vulgar trip. The only real fault is that oftentimes the dialogue stretches out into long nonsensical irrelevant rants about Manson's beliefs, which are interesting, but get very old when everytime anyone opens their mouths you know you're going to have to sit through a three minute speech.
But the animation was wonderfully terrifying, and should keep you entertained. Still, it's hard to rate this in comparison to other movies. As I said, this is not a movie, it's a trip. I do recommend you experience it.
One last bit of advice: whereas most movies are complimented by popcorn and soda, try this one with drugs. Whoa.
