Review of Live and Let Die (1973) by Luke P — 19 Oct 2014
Roger Moore's James Bond debut has everything you love about the Bond franchise; the girls (Janes Seymour's Solitaire, who i'm pretty sure gets raped by Bond!), the gadgets (magnetic watch!), the puns (after a man explodes "he always had an inflated opinion of himself"), the innuendo ("No use going in half-cocked"), awesome action (involving double decker buses, planes and speed-boats), cool locations (New Orleans, The Caribbean), badass villains (Yaphet Kotto's Kamanga, the metal claw-handed Tee Hee, Baron Samedi).
It also has sharks, crocodiles, an inept Police sheriff, a fight on a train. Like I said, eveything you could want!
