An obligatory five stars to one of the best adaptations ever filmed. As the oldest daughter in a military family of six--and an aspiring writer to boot--I am in no way impartial enough to review this movie.
I cry at basically every scene. 'Jo's dipping her ink pen?' 'Meg's pregnant?' 'Marmee doesn't believe in corsets?' 'Beth's DEAD?' Unfailingly moving.
