Review of Little Women (1933) by Alexander C — 11 Oct 2012
I haven't seen the 1949 or 1994 versions, but I absolutely adore the 1933 original. There is not a single flaw I can think of for this film, and I was engaged and enjoyed every minute of it. The acting is superb and heartfelt, the drama and romance is well-written and compelling, the humor is hilarious, and it is also surprisingly emotional at times.
This is how you do a chick flick! Not all that modern crap I've seen as of late. This is also what a feel-good film should be.
