Good, bitter-sweet movie. Superb acting by Michael Caine, but that's no surprise. The biggest revelation is Jane Horrocks' singing. I didn't think it was really her singing until I read the credits. Fantastic voice.
Plot is OK, though a bit predictable. Drifts a bit towards the end.
