Review of Little Voice (1998) by Sonya L — 24 Jun 2004

I had never heard of this movie before renting it with my friends, but it had a great cast, so I was happy to check it out.

[list][*]Jane Horrocks is phenomenal. Her singing voice blows you away and her acting is great.

[*]Ewan McGregor was adorable....but really, when is he not?

[*]Michael Caine was pretty good...considering I didn't really like his character that much.

[*]Brenda Blethyn was just plain annoying. I know that that's the way she's supposed to be and that I'm supposed to dislike her, but after a while I just wanted her to shut up.

[*]Other than that, it's a wonderful film...check it out :).
