Review of Little Shop of Horrors (1986) by Jt K — 15 Apr 2009

I just watched this for the first time in years about a week ago and I'm still humming the various songs in my head. I am not that big a fan of musicals usually, but the tunes here are quick and infectious and overall the movie is fun and a more than a bit twisted.

Even the studio-sanctioned, test-audience-approved ending isn't a huge slap in the face (though it does rob the film of some richly deserved irony).
