I'm deaf. I watched this movie when I was 8 it comes with closed-captioned on the VHS thanks to Hemdale Home Video. I wish it has been closed-captioned for released on DVD, but only on the VHS does provide closed-captioned.
Shame to Echo Bridge Home Entertainment and Funimation for not provide subtitles because it has dubbing that which is greatly shame!
